What is www.xdart.in?
How do I create an account on www.xdart.in?
Creating an account is simple and quick! Just click on the “Sign Up” button at the top right corner of our homepage, fill in your details, and start exploring our exclusive collections.
How do I reset my password?
If you’ve forgotten your password, click on the “Forgot Password?” link on the login page. Enter your registered email address, and we’ll send you instructions to reset your password.
Orders
To place an order, simply browse through our products, select the items you like, choose your preferred size and quantity, and click “Add to Cart.” Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping details, and complete the payment process.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. However, you can cancel your order within one hour of placing it. To cancel, please contact our customer service team at support@xdart.in or call us at +91 73863 72001.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. You can use the tracking number provided to monitor the status of your delivery through the shipping carrier’s website.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs vary based on the weight of the products and the delivery destination. The final shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing.
Currently, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns only for damaged or defective products. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request a return authorization.
To initiate a return, email us at support@xdart.in or call +91 73863 72001 with your order number, details of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective item. We will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
Payments
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, net banking, and UPI. All payments are securely processed to ensure the safety of your personal and financial information.
